I had a photo-session with Hannibal and Tiger Lily last night/this morning.

...well it was a package actually. Full of goodies!

I saw an advert on mad_teaparty about some Alice in Wonderland jewellery and they were so beautiful I couldn't resist.

I've never bought anything from the internet like that (amazon is about as adventurous as I have got lol) but they gave me excellent customer care leaving me feeling really happy with the whole process. They went out of their way to make sure the pieces arrived by mothers day.

And today....they arrived! Plus I got the cutest free teapot necklace EVER. I am so pleased.

I've made a wishlist. I know what I will be doing with my bursary lol.

The Big Read reckons that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed. Well let's see.

1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
2) Italicise those you intend to read.
3) Underline the books you LOVE.
4) Reprint this list in your own LJ so we can try and track down these people who've read 6 and force books upon them.

I have Uni in an hour (I am doing an English and History BA) but I don't really want to go. It takes an hour to get there and an hour to get back and only for a hour and a half lecture!

Oh well.

Dentist today - can't believe I have to pay over fifteen pounds just to be told my teeth are fine.

Also don't want to go to work this weekend either - I have barely one day a week for myself (and I still have to study then) and now it is sunny outside I want to go for a picnic!

The secret life of bees was a lovely book.

I've finally uploaded some more pics of my kitty kats! Hannibal has grown so much! Tiger Lily has got even more cuddly, if that is even possible.

Hannibal (siamese) is now seven months old, and Tiger Lily (bengal) is just over two years old.

You can see where they shaved Hannibal's leg when he had the snip.

I got my newest baby (seal-point siamese called Hannibal Lecter) on Tuesday! He'll be 12 weeks on Wednesday. He has the cutest gruff little meow ^.^

The cats have settled amazing well - hisses and growls and ignoring for the first day and a bit but they were snuggled up last night and Tiger Lily (snow-spotted bengal) was cleaning him. I am so proud of her!

So here he is!

I had a really bad dream last night that Tiger Lily was ill and the vet wanted to put her down and wouldn't give her the chance to recover (it was something to do with her spine and she kept losing control of her legs) but I wouldn't let him, I ran away with her.

But I think she was going to die at the end of the dream. I can't remember.

And that has made me sad today. I wish I wasn't at work, I want to give her love.

This is Hannibal Lecter. My lovely boyfriend is buying him for me for my christmas present, and we are picking him up on tuesday. I am so excited!!!

Here is my snow-spotted bengal cat Tiger Lily!

I've had her just over a week and she is 19 months old.

She is so pretty!

She is a retired breeding queen (she only had one litter but the kitties were deformed so they spayed and rehomed her). She was a bit scared at first - she hadn't had much human contact - but she is turning out nice and snuggly!
